It is Monday 10th of June 2024 and we have a fresh hot leak of the specs of the new HMD Atlas smartphone that is being expected to be sold exclusively in the United States. We are looking at decent specs that the average user will appreciate, though it isn’t particularly exciting.
The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB storage memory. It is in the battery capacity and charging that it shines: a robust 5500mAh battery that promises multiple days of usage on a single charge, and Quick Charge 4.0 standard that you can top up the phone’s battery from 0 to 50% in just 15 minutes. That is impressive fast charging.
The robust battery and quick charge feature will be appreciated, as this is a 5G device and there is NFC on board, as well. Away from cutting edge features, the Atlas is also equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack and a microSD card slot, so you can use a memory card in it.
