The OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro are official now, and feature top end specs. If you have been looking to buy one unlocked but wondering which US carriers these phones will support, we have news for you.
As at press time, unlocked OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro have been confirmed to work on the following carriers:
Verizon 5G
You will be able to use an unlocked OnePlus 9 or 9 Pro on Verizon’s nationwide 5G and 4G LTE networks. Just sign up under the Bring Your Own Device service.
T-Mobile 5G
The OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro also have been certified to work with T-Mobile’s 5G and 4G LTE networks.
AT&T 4G LTE
If you want to use an unlocked OnePlus 9 or 9 Pro on AT&T however, you will only have access to the carrier’s 4G LTE network. There is no 5G support for these phones, sorry.
So, as at this time, you can bring your OnePlus 9 smartphone and use it on these three major carriers.
PS: The two OnePlus 9 phones also work on Visible, an MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) that uses Verizon’s 5G towers.
